FAQ’s

How to book session

  • To book an event or lifestyle session, please tap the contact button and fill out form. I will respond within 24 hours with current availability and answer any questions you may have. All dates are secured with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 50% the total cost of the session.

  • Due to the personalized nature of weddings, a consultation is scheduled were you will be able to receive a quote. All quotes are valid for 3 business days. To book a wedding, expect a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (discussed during initial meeting).

  • No dates are officially reserved until retainer and signed contract is received.

What is the Turnaround time for galleries?

  • For events and lifestyle sessions, the turnaround time is 2 weeks.

  • For weddings, the turnaround time is 8-10 weeks.

I need images immediately?

  • I do offer immediate turnaround times (1-3 days) for a fee—please inquire.

Where will my photo-session be held?

  • Since I am a natural light photographer, all photo-session will be outdoors on location. If outdoors is not what you desire, I am able to book studios or other venue spaces for a fee, please inquire. You can expect studios to cost $90-$600/hr depending on location.

What if I am late to my Photoshoot?

  • I do understand that things happen beyond our control, for that reason I give all of my clients a 15 minute grace period. However, after 15min your session time will began—we will only shoot for the available time left for your photo session.

What about Weather?

  • We all know Houston’s weather is very unpredictable. For that reason I monitor the weather closely days prior to our session. If the weather will not permit, I will reschedule the session immediately the morning of.

I am newly engaged, Do you have professionals that you work with?

  • I absolutely do! After booking, I will provide a list of vendors that I recommend and have worked with in the past.

What if I need to reschedule?

  • If you have scheduled a day on a signed contract and there is an available date to reschedule, a $75 fee will be assessed to your invoice for rescheduling.

Do you Offer Video or Drone?

  • I contract with Rocketlight Lab, LLC—Federal Aviation Administration certified drone operator. However, I have several videographers that I work with and that work well around me. If you are in need of these services, please let me know and I will be more than happy to refer and schedule these services from one of my partners.
