Amber Charles Photography wants to understand your needs and deliver on-time. Communication is essential, and through years of experience we have found that organization is key to a well executed plan. Our mission is to deliver on-time high quality imagery that meets your needs with excellent customer support and guidance.

How it works

New or familiar with the process of working with a professional photographer? Here’s what you can expect from Amber Charles Photography:

Step 1 Communication

• By this point you have questions or maybe you are ready to get the ball rolling. Go to the contact page or email ambercharlesphotography@gmail.com to get the conversation started.

• We will discuss questions and answers via email or phone call, and if necessary, schedule a time and place to meet.

• By the end of step 1, we will all understand the how, what, why, when, where, and how to your photography needs. Your expectations and investment will be understood—depending on the project, you may have to sign a contract.

• My photography clients invest anywhere from $450 - $12,000. Everyone has different needs.

Step 2 execution

• At this point we both understand where and when to meet. Prior to the photography day, I will send a reminder of our engagement.

• Depending on the event, the photographic process might take 1hr - 8hrs. For example, a graduation portrait session may take 1hr but a bridal session may take 4hrs.

• If for any reason I will be late, you can expect a call with my estimated time of arrival.

• Upon arrival at the shoot location, you will see me with photography equipment, bags, and stands—this takes at least 15min to organize and deconstruct.

• I may have an assistant helping. Prior to the photo session you will be introduced to everyone on my team.

• If for some reason there is a weather cancelation, we will both agree on alternate plans and reschedule.

Step 3 delivery

• At this point, you can sit back and relax because your photographs are being produced. Digital photographs my be instant but they still have to get processed by digital software so we can share and select the best photographs.

• You can expect to view your gallery of images in no more than 2 weeks. If for some reason there is a delay beyond our agreed time-line, you will be notified.

• Depending on the contractual agreement, you may want to order prints or more images. We have an excellent online print press that produces the latest photo media trends for seniors, weddings, and families.
